The Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (RMCCDC) preliminary event is open for registration. The event will be held on February 26, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Like last year, the central registration will be through Nationals. The preliminary and the actual RMCCDC competition will both be virtual in the best interest of students and all participants health and safety. More to follow on this as we complete our planning.
The central registration process for the 2022 CCDC season opened September 1, 2021 and is open until January 8, 2022. Nationals will collect your submitted registrations and will forward them to us as they are collected. All teams interested in competing in the 2022 CCDC Season must complete the online registration form at https://www.nationalccdc.org/index.php/competition/competitors/registration
Our actual RMCCDC schedule is as follows:
February 26, 2022 - Preliminary Qualifying Competition from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM MST
March 24, 2022 - Virtual Networking and Career Fair.
March 25, 2022 - Virtual Competition
March 26, 2022 - Virtual Competition and Awards Ceremony
Please have the following information ready for each team member before beginning this registration process:
- Resume (format: lastname_firstname_university.pdf)
- Name/Email/Shirt Size
- Class standing/Academic major
- Prior CCDC/Competition/Cyber Patriot experience
There are no registration fees for the RMCCDC preliminary. Once the top eight teams from the preliminary competition are determined, they will pay their RMCCDC registration fee.
