From now until 30 April 2016, nominations will be accepted for the 1st Annual NA-ISSA Technical Excellence Award which will be presented during this year's National Cyber Summit on 9 June 2016.

Nominees will be evaluated on the basis of demonstrated technical contribution, high ethical principles, and collaborative efforts across numerous cybersecurity domains.  Each nomination must be accompanied with a written description of how the nominee has successfully met those criteria.

After the nomination period has completed, the board of directors will convene special sessions from 2 - 31 May to evaluate nominations and select this year's winner.  The final award will be announced during the 2016 National Cyber Summit.
