Are you concerned that the “smart” home devices in your home network may not be adequately secured against Cyber threats? Are you worried that these devices could be spying on you? Let us know!

You are invited to participate in a survey about concerns and attitude towards managing smart home devices in home networks. Benefits of this research include improved understanding about how people perceive Cybersecurity in the home, and how this perception carries over to how smart home devices are purchased and managed nowadays. This study is being conducted by a team of researchers from the School of Information Technology at Illinois State University.

To participate in this survey, you must be age 18 or older, and be familiar with managing smart home devices in a home network environment.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. All respondents who complete the survey will be entered in a drawing to win 1 of 40 $25 Amazon or Tango gift cards.
