The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) released its OPM Data Strategy Fiscal Years 2023-2026 [opm.gov], which lays out a vision to fully leverage OPM and agency human capital data, and to provide federal agencies, federal employees, and public users seamless access to OPM data products and services. In addition to the overarching strategy, OPM released a set of initial data dashboards to the updated OPM Data Portal at www.opm.gov/data [opm.gov], including FedScope datasets which can now be accessed at www.opm.gov/data/datasets [opm.gov]. The OPM Data Portal is a redesigned OPM webpage providing increased access to OPM data products and services. 

The OPM Data Portal includes a public-facing Cyber Workforce Dashboard (https://www.opm.gov/data/data-products/cyber-workforce/ [opm.gov]) that provides interactive data and visuals on the information technology, cyber security, and cyber-related functions that make up the Cyber Workforce as defined by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) work roles. The dashboard will be used to inform workforce planning efforts and support agencies in data-driven decision-making on current and future cyber requirements.
