Pay Plan: GG, Grade: 11/1 to 15/10

JOB Description: 

1) NETA Instructor 

SIGINT Analysis Instructors employ the latest principles of adult learning and SIGINT Analysis to design, develop and deliver classroom instruction using advanced technology and multimedia, as well as adapting blended and flipped classroom techniques for beginning through advanced level SIGINT Analysis in order to provide training to a worldwide workforce. They also partner with individuals in academia, the public and private sectors, and other governmental agencies to develop and refine training components, participate in decision-making policy and craft guidelines to enhance their training and performance assessment on the individual and program levels. Our instructor cadre is encouraged to continue professional development to enhance existing skills and knowledge or expertise through training related research or course work and through participation and presentations at conferences, seminars and workshops and other fora. 

2) FMI Instructor 

Seeking a multi-disciplined professional with mission experience to design, develop, and deliver methodology and operational content in Foreign Malign Influence (FMI). Applicant will serve as an instructor and subject matter expert (SME) in Intelligence Analysis, Cyber, International Relations, Information Analysis, or related fields. The FMI Instructor, in collaboration with the FMI Curriculum Manager, will be required to coordinate with mission stakeholders to validate training requirements and identify training gaps.
