BACKGROUND

The DHS Stop.Think.Connect.™ Campaign is a national public awareness effort, initiated by President Obama that seeks to guide the nation to a higher level of Internet safety by empowering the American public to be more vigilant about practicing safe online behavior. DHS manages the Campaign in conjunction with the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA).

The Campaign seeks to persuade Americans to view Internet safety as a shared responsibility—at home, in the workplace, and in our communities. Visit www.dhs.gov/stopthinkconnect or email stopthinkconnect@dhs.gov for more information.
