He will also take questions from the audience in a moderated Q&A session.

About Charlie Allen
The Honorable Charlie Allen has had a long and distinguished career serving the Intelligence Community and our Nation in a variety of ways. Before taking on his current position as a Principal at the Chertoff Group, Mr. Allen served as the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Previously, he spent more than 45 years at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), in a number of leadership roles, including that of the principal adviser to the Director of Central Intelligence; Chairman of the National Intelligence Collection Board; the CIA's National Intelligence Officer for Warning; Director of the National Warning Staff; and many more! The Hon. Charlie Allen also served as INSA's Senior Intelligence Adviser for a number of years.

About Joan Dempsey
The Honorable Joan Dempsey is a trailblazer for women entering the senior executive ranks of the defense and intelligence communities. She spent 17 years as a senior civilian in the Department of Defense, serving as Deputy Director of Intelligence at the Defense Intelligence Agency, amongst other leadership roles. Ms. Dempsey was also a political appointee of both major political parties, serving as the first Deputy Director of Central Intelligence for Community Management under President Bill Clinton and later as Executive Director of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board under President George W. Bush. Ms. Dempsey is currently a senior executive advisor at Booz Allen Hamilton.
