This committee is formed yearly to assist in the preparation of the CAE Community Symposium. The role of the committee is to:
- Establish the planning committee
- Plan the CD track at the annual CAE Symposium
- Solicit submissions
- Review all submissions
- Coordinate all presentations + poster files
- Schedule all presentations

With the use of six rooms and a total of 21+ hours of content.
